Sold a Different Product - Complete Failure of Customer Service

I recently purchased the Country Road Recycled Nylon Backpack from Woolworths' website, but what I received was a completely different bag. Despite multiple interactions with customer service, the issue remains unresolved. The team seemed ***********, and no one took responsibility for the mistake. I was even asked to travel to another store for an exchange, only to find out they didn't have the correct bag either. The lack of accountability and poor service delivery is appalling. Avoid buying from Woolworths if you value your time and sanity.
