SOGGY CHIPS AND FERMENTED JUICE

I have had 2 bad experiences with woolworths food, all within two weeks. I bought a packet of chips at Middleburg Mall woolworths, opened them and they were soggy and stale. Returned them to the store, only to be told to take another packet of chips and basically forget about the experience. I let that go. Yesterday, I opened my 100% fruit juice, that says use by 28 November (purchased on Sunday 19th November) at the Parkrand Woolworths store. Only to have it fizz because it had fermented!!! HOW???? I am a regular at woolworths because I pride in their fresh produce. I have however, been very disappointed and am considering alternatives. Not impressed at all.
