so time wasting

I bought elcairs in dec and they were off the cream..problem is don't drive..so phoned customer care very underfriendly lady why don't you take them to store so unfriendly..agreeded to send me a voucher I only go to town once a week.. I waited so for it and stale cake I bought..I never complain but stuff was not good..chasing my 2 vouchers sinch jan..I reported her and I phoned woolworths store itself lovely mangress trying to help me..emails back and forth..getting no were decided to report it..woolworth customer service is shocking..
