So long to resolve the issue

<p>I bought one of your Full Circle Tea Time Glass Travel bottle and it leaks all over the floor when I'm at Yoga. I don't have the reciept as I didn't think I needed to keep it as I don't usually have issues from products from you. I s there any way I can return it for one that doesn't leak? I was responded to 3 days later via Facebook saying to take it to Cresta and I can exchange it. I rep**** and said I had and they said I can't without a receipt. 2 days later no response so I wrote the same complaint on their timeline and got the same response - take it to cresta for an exchange... SERIOUSLY? This is extremely frustrating communication on Woolworth's side and not having a product i can use - can you not sort out something so simple?</p>
