So disappointing long month end queues and only 2 tills open

I went to woolies Woodburn 14 august 2021, it was such a disappointing experience. Only TWO cashiers were working and the line was by the door. People had to complain before the managers opened a till. It was even more disappointing because the two ladies who were working were so under pressure, no one deserves to work under such conditions especially since it’s month end. And only one packer who was running in between the two tills to try and pack.
