so disappointing

years ago, I app**** for a new store card (account) when I got married, that is almost 9 years ago, needless to say I never received the card so I left it, about a month ago I thought let me apply again, so I went to my favorite Woolies food (Hillcrest center in Lynnwood road in Pretoria) swipe my card and it declines, so I thought that is odd, then I was thinking I paid eft and is probably not showing then I went a couple of days later and it still declined and I told the lady that helped me that is impossible and she looked, I had quite a lot of credit so long story short, my current card was cancelled WITHOUT my knowledge. do you have any idea how embarrassing it is when your card declines? so the manager phones the Brooklyn store where my card should be delivered and not even them can find it only after I logged a complaint I found out that there was a technical difficulty with the issue of MY card???????????? What the hell? now I have to wait another 7-10 Working days this is actually really pathetic
