SO disappointed in Woolworths

Woolworths is most probably one of my favourite stores, slightly expensive but I just love their stuff. Today, Saturday 27th at around 9:15 I went to Woolworths Gift Acres to buy those hard white easter eggs because my kids wanted to paint them and all that was left was a dozen that had one broken in it and a half a dozen that were broken on each tip. I thought let me buy the dozen and maybe just show it and perhaps ask for discount. When I asked them teller 1 told me straight no and they quietly laughed at me. They then told me that if I buy 2 I can get discount.

Firstly she treated me like my request was idiotic and secondly after telling them there was only that one left she told me I need to buy two??? So she did not even listen.

Im disgusted to be honest, your products are amazing but your customer service is horrible.

I will never visit that store again.
