So disappointed at woolworths insurance

So on the 8th of February 2021 woolworths insurance decided to take the amount I was supposed to pay after they told me that insurance claim was approved. So it was R1499. 94 so now I ha ve to pay the pay the remaining which is R9000. so my question is why did they say to me I must pay my installment of 299.99 for six months and after that now I must pay R9000. I feel like they were Jst playing with my feelings cause it's clear that woolworths they don't fulfill their promises at all. So I'll advise any one out there that before you apply for woolworths Credit card think twice because if you end up losing your job you will find your self in my situation.
