So called "New App" disaster!

Since you launched your "new" App and now even with your supposedly latest App release, I am unable to download it! Many calls and e-mails to Customer service including via your online website and nothing. I have a good quarterly voucher, since I have only been using Woolworths Credit Card and I cannot use it! :-( Really! And why don't you have someone replying to our complaints on "hellopeter"? Shouldn't you have tested your "new App" before releasing it? Why don't you revert to the "old App" until you sort out the disaster of your supposedly "new App"? Come on Woolworths, you should do better!!
