so bad

Please guys your customer service is so pathetic you should close down. I am so tired of fighting to get good service from companies. Is there an issue with people understanding that customer service is a huge thing. You customers rate you based on service that you receive and when I say rate I don't mean a rating of 1-10 on a platform or scale. I mean in their heads. People rate your service in their heads and this decides if they will return to your store.

Does anyone even bother??? or is it a case of 1 less to deal with.

I was in the industry for 16 years and it is built in me to provide the best service to the customer. Something to think about.
