Sneaky coding on WW Contact Us page

I tried to log a complaint on the Woolworths Contact Us website and every time I clicked on Submit, I would get a message in RED on the top of the submission page saying there was some input error and when I checked my WHOLE complaint page from top to bottom, I couldn't find ANY special characters or anything funny. ALL of the input was only letters and numbers and punctuation as is acceptable on that page. I get the idea that as soon as one selects COMPLAINT then the system throws out that automatic error message as to not accept any complaints - hence this complaint here on Hellopeter. I wanted to keep it just between myself and WW but now I have to share it with the world.
