SMEG product dissatisfaction

Good Day,

I'm unhappy with a recent purchase I made from Woolworths Sandton City and Mall of Africa. I got a SMEG toaster and kettle which were not matching the SMEG standard. The kettle I got was a demo to which I agreed to the purchase but I have been very dissatisified as the matte finish is not really matte and the stains cannot be cleaned out.
