Slow Woolworths line
I have shopped around Cape Town and finding A Woolies store pleasant and convenient to shop in. One issue though, why do their cashiers in the foods department have to pack their own bags?I've seen this at a number of branches. This is time consuming. The cashier has to take the things from the counter, ring it up, give me my change etc, and pack my bags for me. It will be more efficient to employ packers for this specific reason. In some cases what I've seen, cashiers sometimes just pack to get the customer out because there is a massive que. Also some customers wants certain things to be packed together. Cashiers already are all day on their feet, having packers will ease the job up, speed up the process of getting out the store as a customer, lines wont be so long and build team efforts.

So my suggestion is please Woolworths, you are are a large company, i for one know, employ packers to help Cashiers at the tills to speed up your process of having the customer to leave happily, good nicely and correctly packed and also have happy staff members.
