Slow service at Woolworths cafe

I love Woolworths' coffee and thus frequent any Woolworths' cafe where I shop (Sandton, Morningside & Rosebank). Although the coffee and food is delicious, I am however always disappointed at the service I receive by the waitrons. It doesn't matter if the cafe is busy or mostly vacant, the staff take their time attending to their patrons (as experienced at the above stores). I have on almost every occasion sat and waited a while before being attended to.One either needs to wave to them to catch their attention (you lucky if they don't just avert their eyes & ignore you) or get up and go up to them to ask them for another coffee, the bill, etc. Come on Woolies - eating & drinking good food is not the only requisite for a good dining experience. Service is just as important & can quite easily turn a positive experience into a negative one. I don't think its too much to ask for attentive, willing staff especially from a company that prides itself on its high standards.<br> I also love the Woolworths caramel cheesecake - but that's if you lucky its not sold out (at its more popular stores - Sandton, Nicolway). The cake portions have also just got smaller but remained at the price-?
