Slow or Bad service

Good day my name Robert Mangwane Account ********** ********** 98, I been paying my account and have not skipped any payment and i get a sms saying my account has been handed over and im not given any reason but im told that the money I was paying is little and I asked how should I know how much I must pay if im getting no statements and even today I do not know how much i owe you and I pay as much I can. may I please be assisted and please can someone send me my statements so that I can see how much I owe and how much I should pay, I will also like to use the proof of payments I have from the begging of the year to see how much I have paid and what reflects on the statement.

the reason I'm using hello peter is I been mailing and calling but im not getting any joy. please assist.
