Sloppy service

I went to the Woolworths food store in Blairgowrie. It was my first time ever going there. Not only is the store layout not easy to navigate but there were only 2 cashiers at the counter. One who was taking her own sweet time with a guy making payments and another one...with a sour face & bad attitude. She was nice & friendly to the person before me ( and even after me too) but all I got from her was a sour unwelcoming face & a bad attitude. I simply wanted to pay for my energade but I was told my card was declining. Then she calls her manager to cancel the transaction, saying in her language, that my card is being declined cause I don't have money. A lady who doesn't know me for sh** wants to make assumptions about me despite me having 4 jobs. This behavior is unacceptable and it's creating a bad image for your company. Was left without help....standing like a fool only to storm out cause I was upset won't ever buy there again
