Slip and Fall Incident at Woolworths, Galleria,Durban, South Africa

On the 31 st of January 2015,I slipped and fell inside the shop.After the incident i discovered a yoghurt spill.I landed on my right knee which caused the meniscal tear.I was on crutches for 2 weeks.All the documents related to the incident were forwarded to Woolworths ON TIME,but i haven't been compensated as yet.The pains are PERMANENT.I can't drive,walk,stand more than an hour.Can not even wear closed shoes because right foot swells.The pain is from the thigh down to the leg.Every day i have to cover my knee to keep me warm.I am sick and tired of pain****ers and sleeping tablets. Tanya,Abegail,Wahaaj Gariep and Steve Bernade handled this matter but dropped it when i was due for compensation for pain and suffering. I WANT TO SEE JUSTICE DONE!!!!!
