when you query this they will just tell you its your fault you did not check your statements!!

You cant check your statements on your phone its in a format your phone cant open!!!!

They have not rep**** to my email where i have asked for my records where i have spoken to them and the insurance gentlemen agreed they where in the wronhlg when he listened to the recording where they never stated the add on benefit as a seperate instalment added tonyour account!!!!!!!!
