Size 9 shoes no longer size 9

Hi Woolworths,<br> <br> Firstly I can say thanks for taking the initiative to make size 9 shoes as not many other companies do and this is a huge concern in SA as we have a lot of big ladies with big feet.<br> I on the other hand is a skinny lady with very long feet and enjoy buying woolies size 9 shoes, until Summer last year 2014. I tried on the soft shoes, the hard shoes, the pumps all of them, suddenly its like putting on a size 7 shoe. Now I don't buy anymore shoes from you for this reason. Someone is putting the incorrect labels or making the shoes in the wrong size, but this is with all your shoes as many different branches.<br> Please let me know what is going on here and what you are going to to about it, otherwise you can just stop making size 9 shoes.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Johanna Campher
