Simphiwe is one of a select few

I went to the shop to exchange goods(slippers) I had bought at another store. When I arrived at the counter I was greeted warmly and very professionally. It turned out that the person I had initially called had reserved wrong items. Without any prompting, Simphiwe offered to check her stock on the floor. When she could not find the right items on the floor, she came around apologised for the delayed, and asked me to give her some time to check in the store room. She eventually found the right items.<br> <br> What impressed me is her attitude and the quality of service. This is a rare experience particularly in township shops.<br> <br> Keep it up Simphiwe and I hope your dedication to service takes you up the ranks.
