I ordered stuff online. The order was cancelled and never delivered to me.

I called Woolworths everyday for a month and still no refund, they now claim the order was delivered but I did not receive anything.

Furthermore, they have blocked my Woolworths online account.

Pathetic *******! I will be reporting this to the consumer tribunal
