SIBUSISO SAKU IS EVERY SHOPPERS DREAM!!!

<p>i am writting with regard to your woolworths consultant Sibusiso Saku, on wednesday 28/12/2016 late afternoon i went to a woolworths store in bedford square looking for a 2 bread bin's that was set aside for me & i was served by Sibusiso Saku.</p> <p> </p> <p>for the first time in months in a very long time dealing consultants that really pays no mind to us as shoppers it was quite refreshing to be served by someone who appears to love what they do and who is always eager to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been in several stores and for someone young as i am you are always overlooked as store consultants always seem to think we can find our way in the stores but Sibusiso Saku didnt do that, he was terrific. nothing was too much of an effort. he was efficient, thought on his feet & even offered to find me bigger plastic bags at other stores for the bread bins cause i wanted 2 bread bin's and the store didnt have any, he was very helpful and patient with me during my shopping, he explained everything i had questions regarding and goodness that makes such a pleassant change.</p> <p> </p> <p>he is indisputably the best customer service representative i have ever came across and he should be commended for his customer service s****s, attitude to customers and his knowledge of the job he is doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sibusiso Saku is an asset to your business and i hope you will pass on to him my thanks and appreciation for his fantastic assistance, i really appreciate what he did for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Best Regards</p> <p>Boene Ntshilo.</p> <p> </p>
