SHOPPING TURNED TO HORROR ,TRAUMA

I went to woolworths Centurion Mall for shopping , i picked a shoe that i liked and went to those beches to fit it, my phone rang i took it out from my bag and answered it spoke to the caller then returned my phone to my bag and zipped my bag i sat down and placed my bag next to me the were 2 ladies next to me also fitting , i bended down to tie my shoes when i raised my head the was just one lady next to me i noticed that my zip was opened now, when i check my phone was missing i asked the lady to borrow me her phone i dialled my number it was still ringing then i immediately ran to inform the Security guard @ the entrance that i lost my phone he was so chilled and told to go report that to any staff member , i ran and found 3 ladies at the beauty department i reported my incident they told me to go report to Security i informed them that i was there already and the Security guard reffered me to them, only then they called the control room and the guy @ control room told us that he was still checking the cameras he will come back to us , he took more than 30 minutes to check(of course by then ******* are no longer in the shop) and 3 securtiy guard came back and told me that the 2 other ladies who were fitting shoes are the ones who took my phone and there is nothing they can do for me no apologies or symphathy, I was soo dissaponted because when i reported the incident the culprit were still instore, the staff and the security seem not to know who handles the such incidents and the control room taking more than 30 minutes to check the incident that just happened is so not impressive .
