Ordered online shopping from woolworths. They sent me incorrect product which I returned and was told I would be refunded. Still waiting for a refund a week later!!! Spoke to half a dozen telesales staff who all told me they would call me back...none did. I then spoke to Crescendo Adams a manager...who promised to sort it out....I wait in hope....
