Shop online st Woolworths - double the price

My wife bought items late April 20 and another order 29 June 20 On both occasions they deducted full amount upon receipt of order. Then when they despatch for delivery they deduct it the second time. Despite numerous E Mails - zero response. When she phones the "shop online " number it just rings, no one ever answers. In the meantime she is R2500 out of pocket.
