SHOP FAILED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a pair of shoes on line, and they delivered the incorrect size, phoned them, and they say its my fault, I ordered the incorrect size. I am sure I know what size I wear, now I must go to the effort on going into a store. I told them to deliver the correct size and pick up the wrong ones at the same time. They are admit I made the mistake ! Not a HAPPY CUSTOMER
