Shop assistants not aware of policy

I bought sweet chili sauce at Woolworths ********** The item was incorrectly price the price I paid was higher than the price on the shelf. According to my knowledge and the policy in the shop I was supposed to refunded and get thebitem for free. The shop assistants Ivy and Daniel refused to give the item for free as your policy states. I had to pay for this item. The manager was out of the store and not available to handle my complaint.
