Shoes poor quality

I had bought my purchases at Woolworths Kerk Street, Johannesburg branch on laybye and took them out on 22 December 2020. It is hardly a month wearing the shoes as both my sons walkmates sandals and my slippers has poor quality because the stitches are torn apart. I need to exchange them however the stores took my slip when I exchanged some of the products on the 29th December 2020. Kindly assist as I am not happy at all with the quality of the shoes. Still awaiting response from them till now.
