Shoes not exchanged at woolworths Zevenwaght

Today i went to Woolworths in Zevenwaght kuilsriver to exchange the shoes i bought for my daughter ,I was assisted by 2 ladies first it was Ronel Bowers who told me the shoes cannot be exchanged because they were worn,the shoes were worn for few hours then i noticed they are too big for her,the lady told me i must see what i must do with the shoes when i told her i cannot let my child wear big shoes,i then asked for a Manager Vuyokazi Maqcikama she also told me that the shoes cannot be exchanged or returned i also asked her the same question what should i do with the shoes she told me ,she told me she doesnt know she said i can sell the shoes at the Location. I feel i was undermined by two ladies its my money my child cannot wear big shoes only bought the shoes a week ago feel very angry if that is the way they treat customers surerly shouldnt be working with people.
