Shoe returns

<p>I bought boots size 5 on Sunday and when I went to return them at Cresta was told too many stories that I need to contact client care and they must speak to Sarajane who didn't even greet me but jus budged to tell me that I had worn the shoes and she can't take them back.how was I supposed to know that the shoes don't fit if I had not worn them? She said I needed to call client care back and client care needs to contact her first before I go to the store and exchange the shoes.I was too tired to argue I bought the size 6 shoes and left.This is a long process and I don't have the time. What do I do with this size 5 that doesn't fit and hurt my feet? Where is it written that I can't exchange shoes that don't fit? I have the receipts and the shoes are as good as new.</p>
