Shoddy service from Woolies

Good day

Buying groceries online with Woolies has become such an inconvenience. My orders are never delivered on time and the last order was delivered with three missing items. have called and I have emailed, still no items delivered! Every time I call, someone is sorry and promise that I will get my missing food items the same day. However, I am still waiting since Monday. This is the last time I am ordering from them. Their service has been very disappointing.
