Shoddy online shopping

I can only say that online shopping with woolworth is less than acceptable. for two month in a row the mess up, do not communicate with their customers, lie in their respond e-mails and have no idea how to deal with online customers. I am totally disgusted with the service i received 2 month in a row. This is now the last time i try and order online as they are clearly not able to do it in a professional manner and keep their promises. with referrence to order number o***.
