SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE!!!

SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!! The account was fully paid up 7 weeks ago. I have been to the Cresta store multiple times, which confirmed the account was fully settled. YET cannot get either MBD or WW to send a paid-up letter, to Update the ITC or to restore my name. NO MANAGER of WW has the ability to call back nor do you get any reply from the WW complaints email. Such a shame, as I actually enjoy shopping at WW, but the inability to get hold of any leadership is BEYOND SHOCKING. I will not support a business that does not have the ability or leadership with the willingness and accountability to sort out a very basic client query.
