Shocking Woolworths service

I finally decided to order clothes online from Woolworths! What a HUGE mistake. They promised to deliver my parcel on 16 August 2021. As of today(26 August) I still have not received it. I have been phoning every day, only to be told that the delivery company doesn't have it. I was also told that I can't get a refund until I get my order! I wonder if they realize how idiotic this sounds? I have NEVER been so frustrated. Do yourself a favour and think twice before ordering online from woolworths!
