Shocking: Woolworths online shopping ......

Woolworth online shopping and so called Customer Care are absolutely shocking. The online shopping experience (clothing), is disastrous, the call centre is even worse and when you do manage to get through to some type of Manager at Customer care, with the exception of one excellent lady who I can unfortunately use her initials SG, are just as shoddy. Never again will I buy clothes online from Woolworths, they just know how to offer service in their Online product. They should all take a good few lessons from Marks and Spencers. Disgusting is all I can say and I do hope that the MD of Woolworths does take the time to read this feedback
