Shocking Waterstone Woolworths!!

I bought a product at Woolworths Waterstone that was marked down to R129.99 with the marked down price on the product. When I reached my home 80km further I saw on the till slip that I actually paid R10 more for the product. With GREAT DIFFICULTY I tried to get a complaint to Woolworths about this. After more than 10 days Woolworths sent me an email to say that when I come into the store I can arrange the refund with them! So I must drive in 80km to the store to get a refund that Woolworths do not want to pay into my account!
