Shocking that manager does not know what a valid ID is

Pathetic that a Valid Drivers licence does not count as a Valid ID. My account got approved and when I went to fetch card then Woolworths Mall of the north did not want to accept my Licence card as a valid ID. Lost my ID card. How pathetic that manager does not even know that Licence card counts as valid ID.
