Shocking sevice...!!!

Dealing with Woolworths ins and Auto and General....must be the worst service I've ever had....put in a claim 9 weeks ago....broker never rep**** after 2 weeks....assessor said they would send a contractor to quote...never happened....apperantly structural engineer to have a look never happened...!! Claim escalated to senior management...still no response....200kl all leaked out under our patio foundation...all paperwork and proof supp****...from a burst water pipe.....e mails bounce back....and now only back on the 17 Jan...!!! Never had a run around ever like this....dealing with them is shocking...!!
