Shocking Service Woolworths Dash

I ordered on Woolworths Dash on 3/6/2023 & paid with a gift card. As we had just moved into a new house we were not in a position to cook a meal for the young kids. When my delivery did not arrive at the scheduled slot of 15:09-16:00 I made a call I was told that there was a “system glitch” & my order was lost. To my horror, I was then told that it would take 7-10 working days to refund my gift card payment & this was all the funds I had left to feed my family! Despite my objections to this I was told there is nothing they can do & the agent promised that her team leader would call me. The call still hasn’t come!! I had to request assistance with food from friends for the evening. This was the first time I used Woolworths Dash & the last time😡😡
