Shocking Service Woolworths

My oder is now over 48 hours late and I still cannot for the life of me get any answers from Woolworths! I have sent numerous emails, holding for over 30 mins on the phone, using Facebook but they are so unhelpful and have zero response. Totally annoyed and over your online service. Dont offer what you cant do!
