Shocking service, no delivery or update in more than 10 days

Shocking experience with Woolworths Online Shopping and delivery.. ordered wine for delivery on the 28th of Nov.. paid for delivery mind you.. Its now the 8th of Dec, no delivery, no refund and no feedback whatsoever despite multiple calls and emails. Disgusting customer service!!!
