Shocking service from Woolies Call Center

I use the Woolies Dash app to buy a lot of my groceries. The last 2 times I have ordered the products havent been in stock. I have emailed to ask for a refund of my money and no response. I am now sitting on their call centre for the last 15 mins. This is seriously the most shocking services. Who ever mans your call centre needs to up their game
