shocking service from woolies

I ordered online on the 12th for delivery on the 14th I must say the service has been atrocious , delivery was estimated between 10:am - 13:00pm there hasn't been a delivery up until now , no courtesy call nothing , no response via email no communication at all , I attempted to call the call centre but ended up holding for 30 minutes , what a bad experience and the person who was suppose to receive the gift flew out the city at 17:00
