Very shocking service!!!!

I am very disappointed a Woolworths, I app**** for a credit card on the 23rd November, everything was finalized and they confirmed that my application was approved. i requested that i will collect my card in one of their stores. this morning i phoned to confirm if my card was ready the consultant confirmed. i went to the store and they told me the card has not been sent to the store.

I went back to the home and i phone customer care but the consutants keeps sending me to a line that rings none stop.

The last consultant by the name of Aneliswa did not even want to let me finish my statement she just went ahead and transferred me.

I'm very disappointed at your service.
