Shocking Service

After two reviews on hello Peter, I have still not received my statement. Went into Woolworths Vincent Park on Thursday and spoke to a lady on the phone, would be emailed withun a few days. Guess what???? Still waiting. Does Woolworths have so many complaints that it takes more than 3 months to get to mine. Shocking service for such an outstanding retail business. Where to from here, they don't even bother to phone you.
