Shocking service at Woolworths Irene Mall

Couldn’t buy my daughter some shorts today. My woolies card was in arrears by R25 for the first time in the more than 20 years that I have had my account. Settled my account early this morning, but payment hadn’t reflected, probably due to public holiday. No amount of convincing would change any body’s minds at the till, even after a phone call to their head office. Left the store embarrassed in front of loads of shoppers and couldn’t buy the shorts cash as it’s not quite payday yet! Devastated to be treated like that after so many loyal years. Going to close my account on Monday. H&M and Cotton On have nicer shorts anyway.
