Shocking service at Woolies Cafe Canal Walk

Saturday afternoon 6 July 2019 my husband and I popped into Woolies Cafe Canal Walk. The manager took our coffee/ red cappuccino order. After 20 minutes nothing had arrived and the place was quiet. The same manager then comes to our table to ask if we have ordered. After telling him HE took our order already but we are still waiting, he walks off and then stands chatting to someone else. Only after I lost it another 10 minutes later, did the drinks arrive. WHAT SHOCKING SERVICE FOR THE 3RD TIME AT THIS WOOLIES!. If you expect service like I do then stay away from this cafe????
