SHOCKING SERVICE AND VERY UNHAPPY NEVER AGAIN CLIENT!!!

I made an online order on the 16th October which never got delivered. I called the call centre number after waiting hours, I was told that the order was abandoned as the driver could not find the address. I asked why I was contacted, they note that they have the incorrect number on their system. I then get assured by Neo that my refund is being processed. Three days later, no refund. I call the call centre again, after having emailed the noted email address. I am informed that the incorrect information was given as refunds are not done immediately. She says it will take a further few days. I wait again. A few days later I call again, and get told that the refund is being done, should be the next day. It is now 3 November and I still have not received my refund of R292.00 and not even a courtesy response to my email that ONCE again had to send.

I will not use this service ever again and I will not recommend it to anybody either. SHOCKING!
