Shocking Service and DO NOT refund

I have ordered online in the past 3 months. They have got every single one of these orders wrong and fails to refund me. Also DO NT order frozen foods as it will be delivered completely defrosted and warm (eg ice cream that was totally liquid). The deliver milk that's going to expire tomorrow - I bought a week's supply not to use 10 litres in a couple of days. Frozen pizza was warm and floppy. Pathetic service. Late and unable to deliver items in usable condition. If they're unable to deliver frozen foods then why make them available on their online shopping website? Last time - the service is shocking and was 4 hours late to begin with.
