Shocking Service

<p>I dont even know where to begin. Eastgates online service is terrible.</p> <p>I am so shocked at the poor service i have recieved. You would think for a bulk order of 60 cases of 350ml bottles of water one would be treated with excellent service for the quantity ordered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have recieved nothing but rude and unhelpful people to deal with over the phone resulting in numerous phone calls not less than 10mins at a time for the past 2 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have delivered less than half my order of which that stated delivery was short and nobody can tell me when will be recieveing the remainder of my order.</p>
